Mutual Aid Structure Fire

MFFD, September 14

At approximately 14:00 hours crews were dispatched to a reported working structure fire at the 200 block of Torbush Drive. East Spencer Engine 473 arrived on the scene with heavy fire showing from a 2 story single family residential. Mutual Aid Structure Fire

Crews responded to assist Ellis Fire Dept on a working fire upgrade. Initial crews arrived on the scene to find a single family residential structure with heavy smoke showing. Crews begin establishing water supply and fire attack. A working fire upgrade was given which pulled in additional companies. This truck was purchased from Atlantic Coast Fire Trucks, and will serve our community for many years to come. Crews respond to assist w/ drowning

MFFD, August 28

Station34 personnel responded to assist Rockwell Rural FD along with Rowan Rescue on a drowning at the Balfour Quarry. Dive 34 and Squad 34 responded with 8 personnel to assist with the recovery operations. Multiple agencies responded to assist and the body was later recovered. ... (Full Story)
