MFFD, April 23

Engine 643 arrived on scene to find a single passenger van with heavy fire showing. Engine 643 crew provided shielding of the incident, and begin fire attack. The fire was knocked down in approximately 5 minutes. Tanker 345 arrived on scene and assisted with supplying Eng. 643. Crews later cleared the scene and returned to service.... 2 Alarm Apartment Fire w/ ESFD

MFFD, April 16

At approximately 01:45 AM crews were dispatched to a reported apartment fire at 420 Boundary Street, East Spencer. The first arriving units confirmed heavy fire showing on division 2 of a multi family dwelling. Initial crews pulled attack lines and begin fire attack on division two. Crews from Spencer, East Spencer, Miller's Ferry, Ellis Fire Department participated in live fire training in the Town of Spencer. These opportunities do not come often, and allow great training. MFFD, March 26

At approximately 16:30 hours, crews were alerted to a reported vehicle fire at the 81000 block of I-85. Tanker 345 & Churchland 131 arrived on scene to find one passenger vehicle fully involved. Crews pulled a 1 3/4" line for fire attack, and was able to achieve a quick knock down. Tanker 645 arrived on scene and provided shielding for the fire attack crew.
